Particularly suitable for long-distance sound recording in filmmaking or in theatre, the BP28 have a very low noise level (8 dB), and a transformer-coupled output results in a smooth sonic character. The microphone provide extremely high sensitivity (-28 dBV), wide dynamic range (135 dB) and high-SPL capability (143 dB). The patented acoustic port design maintains directionality across the entire frequency range.
