Particularly suitable for long distance sound recording in filmmaking or in theatre, the BP28L have a very low noise level (3 dB), and a transformer coupled output results in a smooth sonic character. The microphone provide extremely high sensitivity (-23 dBV), wide dynamic range (135 dB) and high-SPL capability (138 dB). The patented acoustic port design maintains directionality across the entire frequency range.
